  • We has set up an Eco-friendly factory near Jaipur, Rajasthan to manufacture superior quality High Tenacity Recycled Polyester Staple Fibre with an installed capacity of 65 TPD and Flakes with Flakes with 100TPD of A1 grade which is suitable to make rPET chips/granules from Post Consumer PET Bottle Recycling (PCPR) .
  • We produce high quality premium grade rPET Flakes from Post Consumer PET Bottles Recycling (PCPR) with minimum impurities and contamination.
  • We have implemented the latest Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) module for achieving the best performance and quality.
  • Our Washline capicity is 35,000 Metric Ton per annum.
  • We RE-LIFE 5 million used bottles per day.
  • Our Sorter and Grinder are equipped with high-tech German technology.
  • We craft solid fibre rPSF with an unyielding spirit.
  • Our rPSF consistently meets top notch standards and certifications to produce Highest Tenacity soild Fibre, Dope Dyed Fibre and Hollow Conjugated Fibre.
  • Our rPSF can be customised in various denier ranging from 1.0 denier to 15.0 denier with cut lengths of 28mm, 32mm, 38mm, 44mm, 51mm and 64mm.
